Seeker's "Black Steel" - continues to be one of the finest blanks available anywhere in the world. Epoxy resin system employed with their proved composite of E-Glass fiberglass cloth
and uni-directional, 30 million modulus graphite fiber making these some of the most dependable and lightest saltwater
blanks available. Seekers unique composite design employs the use of E-Glass, which provides unequaled
durability and strength throughout the length of the blank. The unidirectional graphite fiber is used extensively in the butt section, which adds stiffness and reduces the weight of the blank at the same time. The graphite fiber is interlayed with the glass and extends up the blank from the butt towards the tip to give the rod a designed "action". Only Seeker has developed this design to give us fishermen choices of "fast, x-fast, or medium action for a given line rating or rod length.
The "Inshore" models are unique in that they are made with graphite fiber from butt to tip and S-Glass for added strength
